Playoff time is nearly here. With the Twins on track to secure the AL Central title, our final Twins Ticket Trivia Contest of the year came at the perfect time.
A couple weeks ago, we asked you: “What year did the Ray N Welter Heating Company move to its ‘new’ location on Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis?”
We received well over 300 answers, making this one of our most popular contests to date. So, what year was it? An impressive 38 of you got the answer correct, going with a guess of 1940. But because you’re all so smart, we had to pull out our handy dandy randomizer to pick a winner.
And the winner is… Patricia Cook! Congratulations, Patricia, you’re the winner of our August 2019 Twins Ticket Trivia Contest.
Patricia, thank you so much for playing and we hope you enjoy watching the Twins game on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019 at 1:10 P.M. against the Kansas City Royals from your four front-row seats. We know you’ll bring the Twins good luck and keep their incredible season on a roll.
To everyone else who participated in our fun game of trivia, thank you for playing and we hope you’ll join us again next season for more fun and chances to win!
Twins games aren’t the only thing you can enjoy this fall. There are still plenty of fall events and festivals for you to enjoy! Check out our full list of Minnesota fall events to plan out your future weekends.
