The first two weeks of January 2012 have felt more like March than the coldest month of the year, but it looks like we are heading for a change in the upcoming week. After a relatively mild start to the week, bitterly cold temperatures move into the Metro area Wednesday evening. Wednesday night marks the first subzero reading of the winter. Despite the artic feel to the middle of the week, temperatures are forecasted to be back on the rise by the weekend. Temperatures in the mid-30s and a chance of snow are on deck for this weekend.
